The original Jamstack Amp was a super small amp, designed to attach to your guitar, and gave you access via your smartphone to cool sounds. It was the only good-sounding portable device you could attach to your guitar and walk around the house (or anywhere) playing. I’ve seen other devices that do the same thing, but they all sounded like toys. The Jamstack sounded damned good for its size.
One of the things I heard about the product was that while people loved the portability, they wanted a bigger sound… bigger and louder. The folks at Jamstack heard the message loud and clear, and version 2 of the Jamstack will have 3 times the power of the original. Now THAT is something I for one want to hear!
